Ze2in is an online marketplace operated by ZE2IN, a registered proprietorship, from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. In this policy, "Ze2in", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that operator of the Ze2in website and app. "You" refers to any person who visits our site, creates an account, or places an order.

• Account details: your name, email address, and mobile number when you register, sign in with Google, or verify your phone with a one-time password.
• Delivery details: the shipping and billing addresses and contact numbers you save or enter at checkout, and an optional GSTIN if you request a business invoice.
• Order and payment details: the products you buy, order history, delivery preferences, and payment status. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Ze2in never receives or stores your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
• Support and reviews: messages, support tickets, product reviews, and any photographs or videos you attach to them.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, searches, cart contents, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and cookies or similar identifiers needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

• To create and secure your account and verify your identity with OTPs.
• To process orders, arrange delivery, issue invoices, and handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, OTPs, and support responses by SMS, email, WhatsApp, or in-app notification.
• To provide product guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and payment disputes, and to comply with legal obligations such as tax invoicing.
• To improve our catalogue, search, and shopping experience using aggregated usage data.
• To send offers or updates about Ze2in only where you have not opted out.

We share personal information only as needed to run the marketplace:

• Sellers: the seller of each product in your order receives your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details so they can pack, invoice, and ship the order and handle returns.
• Courier partners: delivery name, address, and phone number for pickup, delivery, tracking, and return pickups.
• Payment gateway: Razorpay processes online payments and refunds and receives the order amount and the contact details needed to complete the transaction.
• Communication providers: SMS, email, and WhatsApp service providers that deliver OTPs and order updates on our behalf.
• Cloud and hosting providers: infrastructure and file-storage services that host our platform and the images you upload.
• Authorities: where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Ze2in, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, and remember your cart and preferences. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site such as sign-in and checkout will not work without them.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Order, invoice, payment, and refund records are retained for the period required under Indian tax and commercial law even after an account is closed. Support conversations and review content are kept for as long as they are relevant to your orders or our service quality.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with reputable cloud providers using access controls and encryption at rest. Payment card data is handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please keep your login credentials and OTPs private and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

• You can view and update your profile and saved addresses from your account page.
• You can ask us to correct inaccurate information or delete your account by contacting support. We may retain records we are legally required to keep.
• You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or contacting support. Transactional messages about your orders will continue.
• You can withdraw consent for optional processing, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Ze2in is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the extent applicable. We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be announced on the website.
