Terms of Service

Ze2in is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers of electronics, development boards, sensors, repair components, industrial products, appliance spare parts, and related goods, supported by product guidance and after-sales assistance. The platform is operated by ZE2IN, a registered proprietorship, from its head office in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Unless a product page states otherwise, the seller listed on the product is the seller of record, issues the tax invoice, and is responsible for the product's quality, description, and legal compliance. Ze2in provides the platform, payment collection, delivery coordination, and customer support.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password and one-time passwords private and tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, repeated non-acceptance of orders, or violation of these terms.

We work with sellers to keep descriptions, specifications, compatibility notes, images, and videos accurate, but small variations in colour or packaging can occur. Guidance content, demonstration videos, and support chat are provided to help you use products correctly. They are not a substitute for professional installation where a product, manufacturer, or local regulation requires it. Please review compatibility and return conditions before ordering.

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation (or cash-on-delivery selection where offered) and seller acceptance.
• We or the seller may cancel an order before shipment if a product is unavailable, was listed with an obvious pricing or description error, cannot be delivered to your address, or if fraud is suspected. Any amount paid is refunded in full.
• Order status, tracking, and invoices are available on your order page.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you confirm the order.
• Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Ze2in does not store your card or bank credentials.
• Cash on delivery may be offered for eligible products and locations. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.
• If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount is reversed automatically or refunded to the original payment method after reconciliation.

Delivery estimates, serviceability, and charges are shown on the product and checkout pages. Delivery times depend on the seller location, your address, and courier availability. Please provide a complete address and an active phone number, and inspect the package on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

• You can cancel an order from your order page until the seller hands it over for shipment. Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method.
• After delivery, returns are accepted for wrong, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed products, and for products whose page allows returns, within the period shown on the product page or order details.
• Returned products must be complete, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and the invoice. Verification photos or videos may be requested.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping charges may be deducted when the return is not due to damage, defect, incorrect delivery, or seller error.
• Products marked non-returnable, customised items, software or downloadable items, consumables, clearance items, and products damaged by misuse or incorrect installation are not returnable, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You may post reviews, photographs, and support messages. You confirm that you own or have the right to share what you post, and that it is honest, relevant, and free of offensive, misleading, or unlawful material. You grant Ze2in a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use this content on the platform. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent or bulk speculative orders, or to interfere with its operation or security.
• Do not scrape, copy, or reproduce catalogue content, images, or software without written permission.
• Do not misuse the returns process, chargebacks, or support channels.

The Ze2in name, logo, website design, and original content belong to Ze2in. Product names, brands, and images belong to their respective owners or sellers and are used to identify the products offered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ze2in's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Ze2in is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control, or for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification of a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-forum jurisdiction, the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of Ze2in. We encourage you to contact support first so we can resolve most issues quickly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page and to orders placed after that date.
